Rude customers, rude workers, they told me to take a basket and to wash my hands, but the grandma in front of me touched them all, including lifting the hand sanitizer and coughing. How am I supposed to pick that up after ? Not to mention I was speaking in English and they spoke in Dutch. With one lady saying "is it that hard". Worst shopping experience of my life.

Rude and impolite staff. They are not handy to help customers. One of the worst beauty shops in Groningen. I never go here again.

Very unfriendly personnel😕😕😕. my husband has visited This store a couple of times to buy some essential things i need.. unfortunately all the kruidvat has different sections and designs! So, he decided to ask for help to find the products and ask for extra information because it was written in dutch, he was been sent at the back section of the store and was been told that everything he seek was there! knowing that my husband spoken english and doesn’t understand anything on the packaging, Yet!!! nobody walk with him and show the products exact location. He came home upset! And empty handed.. Our first expression to all the dutch people are so kind and friendly!!!! But after hearing this from my husband makes me sad😔... I hope this woman get a lesson and change her behavior and treat her/their costumers kind and fair.

Communication was rather difficult. I could exchange a toothbrush (I had emailed over). Staff showed me the email and they said they knew nothing about it. I got nothing from them. They would call me back about it. They did not. I send another email. I get the same answer. Then I think it's nice. I'll go somewhere else
