Nice place to shop
Good prices if you know what you want. Good help to put large things in the car.
Ordered new furniture online that was delivered quickly. Not everything is ready yet, because unfortunately your patience will be put to the test. But my review is still more about customer service, especially with regard to price guarantee and extra parts that are sent because unfortunately some parts are not properly. But also in top order in terms of accessibility. You only have to email or call them and it will be taken care of immediately. That service somewhat mitigates the bit of suffering we experience when assembling. Moreover, nowadays not all stores are so approachable, service-oriented and customer-friendly, so I wanted to give 5 general stars for that !!! With good service you can go a long way and Jysk understands that.
Bad service and not reachable by phone. Already waiting for 1.5 weeks for an order that would take 2 to 4 working days ....
Lousy service. Mattresses ordered with the promise that they will have a delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks. A pity, of course, but no problem. Got a message that they were in, come to the branch; 'Oops, sorry little mistake. Are not inside anyway '. Going home again and then calling and calling again, calling again, many vague answers. Still nothing and no clarity at all. If no star was possible I would have given it.
