Worthless service! Indicated that we would like to come to see a bank in the showroom in Surhuisterveen. Well in advance indicated that we would come but that it is for us 2 hours of traveling. Got a response here. However, after a ride of 2 hours arrived for a closed door. Phone is not recorded and mail is not answered. Downright outrageous and antisocial. Opening times are listed everywhere and are advertised on the facade. To date also never received a response back with a reason or with an excuse.
Ordered a bench seat from Tjip Spinder a year ago. After delivery it appeared that the seams were released. Bank has been "in repair" for more than 7 months. Been in the shop several times to inquire, but always no bank or solution. Written a letter at the beginning of January. So far no response, no sofa or money back. No style so ...
Arranged online to visit a bank. On the agreed day, however, I am faced with a closed door while the store should be open according to the opening hours. The telephone is then no longer recorded and no response is received to (multiple) messages. Very poor service and rude to make appointments and then fail to comply or respond at all.
