In the store we were well served, but we felt that we had little space to look for ourselves. After buying a table the shipping costs turned out to be 30 euros, I thought it was a bit much, but of course it could be a large package. Afterwards this turns out to be a package that could have been sent with PostNL for 7 euros. Furthermore, I was quite surprised that the delivery person was on the sidewalk at 7 in the morning, I was not fully prepared for that, so to speak. In retrospect I am happy with the table itself, but I do have mixed feelings about how the sale was handled and the way of delivery.

on July 9, 2020 we received our corner sofa and leather chair. We deliberately chose the fabric that is now on the couch because it would not pill .. And that the filling would stay in place because I shake the pillows all day long, I must say that because it is there looks nicer. But that it stays in place is certainly not true! Because we have the bank for 4 months, we went back to the store, they didn't even accept our complaint, we just had to e-mail .. No sooner said than done, with photos everything included. Because the saleswoman has made it very clear to us that the substance should not pill and that it will not happen. I already had my doubts but the saleswoman was so sincere that we agreed anyway. We also had the sofa treated with Protexx, for stains and the like. If only I had listened to my feelings. You cannot shake up where you sit most on the couch and I shake up the pillows in the back every night. We are so sorry about the bank and especially now that you see how rude you are treated. As long as you buy, it's okay .. You now get the excuse that this belongs to the bank .. and that's it. Oh yes, we could still get a depiller, if we only transferred € 12.50. In a word, scandalous! If you buy a corner sofa and a chair for a mega amount and then you get this service. My advice, no matter how beautiful you may find the furniture, do NOT buy from Sanders Meubelstad!

After the really friendly customer service lady got in touch with me again, I got a 4 star rating. A star deduction for the circumstances.

Unfortunately only one star at the moment. We ordered furniture on site at the beginning of September 2020. When ordering, we were promised week 53 as the delivery date. It's almost four months, but due to the corona, I thought that was a reasonable delivery time. There was no response from Sanders Meubelstad until week 50. Only after I sent an email to "Customer Service" did I get an answer after 10 days. Despite Corona, I consider 10 days to be an extremely long processing time for a simple e-mail in which only the delivery date was asked. In response, I was informed that the furniture should be delivered in the 1st week. After I didn't get a report from Sanders again in the 1st week, I asked a family friend of mine if they had the same experience. It was only from my family friends that I was informed that you can log into the Sanders homepage to see the status of your order. Here I was able to arrange a delivery date for January 25th, 2021. I took a vacation for that day and had agreed to pick up our old furniture. On January 19th, 2021 my wife got a call that only the tables would be delivered on the 25th. The sofa set was postponed to 02/22/2021. So I lose for January 25th. one day of vacation and has to pay cancellation fees for canceling the collection of the old furniture. For the 22.02. I have to take another day off. My wife was told that I would be informed by email. I've never received an email from Sanders before! Communication after your purchase is a complete disaster! I know that Corona can cause difficulties at the moment. But this is precisely where you wish that, as a customer who has bought for just under € 6,000.00, you will be informed what phase is now. The one star doesn't go to Sanders! But to the saleswoman in the shop. She was very nice and courteous.

Service is deplorable. 4 years ago we bought dining room chairs at Sanders. The purchase went fine. We had bought high-quality seats and we had a 5-year total warranty. So we thought we are good. Unfortunately it was different. After 4 years, the backrest of 1 chair was suddenly loose. Because the warranty period was still running, we contacted Sanders service. Then I got an email back of which I thought, where do they get the guts from. During the total warranty, a contribution to the repair costs was requested that is higher than the purchase price new! After an angry email, I received a call from the service with a woman of outrageous arrogance. She claimed the damage to the chair was deliberate. Of course we did not go into the repair. We were then offered to buy new seats at a discount. She also turned out to have that much guts. Of course I thanked you for that. I don't want the mess Sanders back in the house. We are healed of the Sanders furniture. I don't recommend it. Update Voostel Sanders has been received and accepted.
