And so it can happen that via some detours you end up at the sleep specialist in Oldenzaal to buy an extra silk duvet (recommended by the way) on a beautiful Sunday. And so it can also happen that you are outside again with more than just that silk duvet. This is also the case in our case: we also bought 2 pairs of bamboo satin duvet covers. So far, so good. When we got home, however, the tuck-in strip turned out to be much shorter at one of the covers. Therefore I contacted Oldenzaal. And then it turns out that they consider service to be of paramount importance. We received a new cover from the manufacturer. This time in the right size, just a slightly different color. Contacted again: and even now, without a murmur, received an extra cover from the manufacturer thanks to the intervention of the Sleep Specialist. In short: all praise and compliments to the Sleep Specialist and his employees. Really super service!

Bought bed in 2019 helped fantastic. We moved in 2021. The bed has been put together by movers. The headboard Didn't go up properly anymore and got stuck. Called, someone would come over. Problem is solved. Free no cost. Super service.

Great store where attention and time is taken for you. The delivery of our Swissflex beds was punctual and extremely correct. The difference in sleeping comfort is much greater than expected. If you take into account that you spend a third of your life in bed, this is a particularly profitable investment.
