Bought very neat seats. Unfortunately 1 chair damaged on delivery. Can happen. On the spot they arranged for a new one to come. Unfortunately it goes wrong. The aftersales (Van Gils) promised to exchange after about 6 weeks. Heard nothing, called three times. Promised to call back. No more hearing for weeks. Called yourself. VERY customer unfriendly lady on the phone. No oncoming and preventable setting on the phone. It is all possible as she prescribes or else she will hang up. Very disappointing in customer service.
Not too expensive, nice set up. Bit of simple quality in terms of furniture.
Beautiful products for a nice price. Good service so far. We still have to wait for the episode ;-)
