Made an appointment to have the sofa cleaned in its entirety. At first glance, the sofa looked fine, but when it dried it was much worse than before. Don't know what they did, but I don't think this is the point. Photos sent of the result. Instead of sending someone to assess it, they just shout: "Unfortunately, we cannot give any guarantee on the result of the cleaning" I understand very well that not every piece of splinter will be new, but destruction is not to be expected. What a bad company this is. P.s. Nothing against the mechanic. Was a nice man. Sometimes something goes wrong, which shouldn't be a problem. It's about the way you fix it.

Came for my mother's chair today. Did not need to be filled in his opinion. Did some work on the electronics and it had to be good. Not. The worst thing I think is that my 91-year-old mother had to clean up the mess because Mr. was out of time. Unfortunately I could not be there. But an apology and a bunch of flowers would be in order. That's not how you deal with older people. I have sent an email. And if you keep track of everything, you could find it right away. Because I also sent 4 emails that you did not correctly communicate the address where the chair was

I have a service contract. Unfortunately I still have to pay for cleaning stains because I do not meet the fine print of the conditions. It is also very difficult to submit a service request and the customer service is appallingly bad. Edit: It is claimed in the response from Oranje Service below that a suitable solution has been found for me and that I have been contacted about this. This is not true. After writing this negative review, and after submitting my complaint, we haven't talked about it anymore. So I am still dissatisfied. Here is some more information: - The first time I had my furniture cleaned I had to pay because there were too many stains. At the time, I didn't know to call for every stain. Not very flexible because if I had called for each stain, it would have cost orange service even more. - Recently, several requests for the same information and photos have been made for service requests. This is annoying. Email back and forth 4x to finally hear that they will not come by because I had not reported it on time. - A while ago I was forced to use the website that doesn't work for a meter. Suddenly unable to submit service requests over the phone. - Also a bit further back in time, but still this year: While I had been using the service for years, I suddenly had to 'prove' again that I was allowed to use it by submitting a certificate. A certificate that is in the possession of Oranje Service itself ... Only after long back and forth contact and filing a complaint. Kereg I sent this service contract by email by orange service itself ... - The last time they refused me service it is because I did not report the stain within 3 working days. Fine ... Is indeed stated in the conditions, but not flexible. This was the last straw and the reason why I am writing this negative review. But all in all a bad experience when I add everything together. In short: paid 300 euros for a service that I don't use much, but when I want to use it, everything is super difficult!

Pay 300 euros for a 5-year service contract. Knock you for 2.5 years, they do nothing. Not part of the service ..... Bizarre !!! Response to answer: I was called and would be called back. Never heard of Oranje furniture care anymore. I did speak to the Pronto store where we bought the sofa and therefore also closed the service, which apparently runs with you. Pronto has provided some sort of appropriate solution that we agreed to under protest. Are not yet satisfied with the offer. Oranje furniture care has not offered a solution at all.
