Verasol, Oldenzaal built our veranda last month. The whole process was done very professionally and with all that was promised made good. It has been a pleasure working with this particular branch in Oldenzaal. I would rate the whole process at 9/10.
Excellent help in December in the showroom by Robert Lusthsz received solid and honest advice and a competitive quote for the Greenline veranda.
In January, the veranda was neatly and professionally installed by Rene Vollenbroek. He even connected the lighting for us.
The one upright that he damaged slightly, Rene took it back with him and immediately brought and mounted a new one the next day. Top service honestly reliable and we should have bought such a nice veranda years earlier.
André, thank you for your advice and installing the sliding glass walls in our canopy. In the meantime, we also make full use of the roof in winter. Nicely placed in 1 day. The sliding walls also run smoothly and are equipped with draft strips. We are more than satisfied.
The veranda is technically neat and tightly fitted and fully meets expectations. Logistically there were areas for improvement. Perhaps the execution of planning (s) centrally from Wachtendonk DE is responsible for this. Ultimately, everything was resolved in consultation. Creative and meaningful solutions were applied by the construction team for minor problems during construction.

Yesterday I had a LED lamp under the porch that I had installed 4 years ago
Sent an email last night, this morning already an email back that they still had one lying around
I could pick it up in no time, super arranged and the led is on again.
