Great scammers. Ordered refrigerator. Never delivered. No refund. Do not respond to anything.

Once and never again; had many difficulties with De Keukengroothandel. Kitchens are indeed cheaper here than Bemmel & Kroon, Brugman etc. But the service is also well below par. We have tried several times to contact the Keukengroothandel but they are difficult to reach. Phone is hardly answered and if they do answer then they are busy and they will call you back later they say (... they just don't do it). If you speak to them about this, you will also get a big mouth. And that while you pay a relatively large amount to them. According to them, we shouldn't worry so much, because everything would be fine. But it didn't work out and that's why we kept calling and texting. Another company installed the kitchen, but not everything was finished. After 4 weeks of waiting for further assembly, we were fed up and so we called in legal assistance, after which Dennis (owner) then 'finished' the kitchen. Skirtings and oven were then mounted. We are now happy with our kitchen, but it took a lot of time and energy; and not everything is as it should be since the finish is not beautiful. There is all kit on our beautifully plastered ceiling. We have now also hired a company to repair the skirting boards above the cabinets, including the ceiling. Very unfortunate.

1x never again what a bad service .... if you order from Dennis everything he can promise everything but if there are problems he will not let you hear anything .. bought a kitchen a year ago, there was a hole in the counter top he would fix it or else a new magazine ... but nothing he hears called a hundred thousand times promised that he will call back by the secretary but will not be answered .. so people do not buy from Dennis from the kitchen wholesale in borne

Very bad service. Son-in-law and daughter bought a kitchen. And the stuff was incomplete. After some phone calls. Sir was also going to come up with threats. This really is not possible. I even advised to report him. Downright scandalous. Eventually after many 5s and 6s. He finished it. But don't ask how. Service is hard to find. You better pay a little more. Then you don't have this kind of nonsense either.
