Poor service though they have good stuff
Super
Fantastic service, from start (design) to finish (assembly and aftercare). Brugman (in this case Mr. De Lizer) really thinks along with you and makes a well thought-out design for a beautiful and functional kitchen. Piping also very professionally laid out. You can also arrange this yourself, but it relieves enormously if you let Brugman do everything. I first had a tinker at work, which caused a delay. Brugman provided a really fantastic service (Mrs. Martha) by arranging good technicians at the last minute and rescheduling the assembly free of charge. Now I can enjoy beautiful cuisine, good and solid quality. Can recommend it to everyone!
I have been there 3 times for 2 hours. With wife and young children. I didn't buy a kitchen in the end. Seller: "I consulted the director: today, especially for you 40% discount, but then you have to sign immediately." He makes a scrap with some numbers on a piece of paper. Me: "I'm not going to do that, because I haven't completed the construction drawings yet". Seller: "But then we just build in a clause". After the third time, I still didn't have a paper quote.
I already felt ripped off when I didn't even buy a kitchen. Brr. Pushy sellers. Left quickly.
Been yesterday to discuss everything related to kitchen, very well helped by Nick the manager. become a beautiful kitchen.
