Top service!
Last week, a stand-up chair and a relax chair were delivered to our home. After we indicated in the store what we had for our new chairs, we were well informed about the possibilities and options there were for us. Based on that, we were able to make a good choice. The delivery of our seats was later than initially indicated, but we were informed about this in a timely manner. Both in the store and during delivery, the Corona rules were adhered to. Small side note; the correct quotation would be sent to us, this has not happened. But all in all, we are very satisfied customers.
I have a complaint. And hope that I can still experience that it resolved. Will be .this year .and that they will contact me .order number 17111. There is no response to the mail.
My father-in-law was 'cheated' by this company for 4000, -! He doesn't dare to do anything out of shame!
He wanted a standing chair and people tricked him at home to buy an overpriced chair and this one was not delivered after 2 months of waiting.
This company is abusing frail elderly by knowingly pressuring and misleading them !!!!

My wife and I are getting older and had seen this store on TV. at the beginning of June we opted for 2 chairs. The seller pointed out the many options and possibilities. Now our chairs are in the house for a week and we are so satisfied. It's great that the customer is really thought of. Thank you people
