Arrived at an agreement through the marketplace. A collection time has been agreed via the app. Unfortunately I had to move it due to force majeure. Then made a new appointment where the seller was not present at the agreed time. He then indicated that he did not intend to adapt his schedule to marketplace customers. Communication was also very unfriendly and unclear. We have lost 50 € trailer costs and do not have a bank. Nice to get your stuff somewhere else I would say ...

Had special experience with Hans. I approached Hans for a possible return bank, so that I could take it over for a slightly more favorable price. I am 2.04m with a hernia so look for a good sofa for my longer back and legs. Had consultation with Hans about e-mail, came up with a reasonable proposal. I would come and see the bank, made a clear agreement. Once arrived I found Hans clearly upset, his employees had not finished their work that day and so his storage was full, including my bank (on its side). It is 2.60m wide so it was not possible to inspect the sofa. A pity because I came from Groningen. This was dismissed by Hans: his customers would come from much further away (abroad). Tried to come together by inspecting the sofa upon delivery, but Hans thanked for that. Had to pay in cash, no afterservice. Watch out ...

Beautiful items and a wide choice in this price range. Nice but unprofessional supplier. Promises of golden mountains that we regret to fail. Service leaves a lot to be desired, for example if you order for a small 15K worth of stuff you have to take care of the disposal of the packing material yourself because "we can't get started on that". Order would be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. This became 9.5 weeks for the reason that the material must come from abroad, which was already known when ordering. delivery of the bank did not go smoothly either because "of course we cannot drive to Breda for 1 bank". Also the current discounts were not brought to our attention under the guise of we visited you for free and then you are not covered by discounts and / or offers. This while we had been specifically confirmed that the advice at home was free, without obligation and without conditions. Last but not least; one would only be satisfied if we as a customer were satisfied. The bank has since been delivered and one would hang a chandelier and supply an automatic on and off system. People would also come by to style. Unfortunately, after payment was made 3.5 weeks ago, we were unable to hear from Mr Gongrijp. Overall very disappointing. We have now ordered the carpet, coffee table and side tables from another supplier.
