Chairs less than two years in use and now a bar broken on the back, response: IF it is covered by the warranty, we still have to pay two thirds of the costs. Can't call that a guarantee. So very bad experience. So I immediately decided to buy the desired electric relax chairs somewhere else. Never again the Spinse, so you don't go with people to witness this to absolutely no customer loyalty.
