Very satisfied customer. we received excellent assistance in the store by Kars, who took the time to provide us with tailored advice. Finally selected a PVC herringbone floor + including the skirting boards. In addition, also selected window decoration. The placing of the products also went well and they are flexible in times of placing, so that they fit exactly in the time schedule with us. So a very satisfied customer who can recommend this store to everyone. Extra compliment to the new owner Kars who has knowledge of the products and knows what he is talking about.

Initially very happy with our new PVC adhesive floor purchased from and installed by Thuisin Heerhugowaard. However, after a few months, increasingly larger seams started to form between the PVC strips. And with this the service began misery. now the floor has been in it for 2 years and we have also been working with Thuisin Heerhugowaard for a while to get this resolved. We are always sent from box to wall and agreements are not kept. the company's communication to us leaves much to be desired. in the meantime the repair work would start today and at 08.30 someone would come but unfortunately .... after a lot of phone calls and an email we were called back at 13.15. planning mistake ... again. now there would be 2 upholsterers this afternoon at 5 pm to start the work but they are 2 hours late and I am still waiting .. no phone call with explanation or something and Thuisin is despite the fact that we have called within the opening hours of course again not available.

After initially having a very bad experience with the previous owner of the business, we now have a very beautiful and finished floor that we are happy with. This thanks to the new owner Kars. He has really made every effort to correct the mistakes made in the past and he has succeeded very well. From 1 star to finally 4 stars.

After a conflict over the construction of an underfloor heating system, I was left with an unsealed floor. As a result, my renovation came to a halt. I had to find someone who could arrange this and that is how I ended up at Thuisin. In the shop I was assisted in a friendly and professional manner. There was a lot of choice and good thinking. They were also able to level my floor the next day so that the renovation could continue. Absolutely great! When the floor could be laid, Kars, the new owner, also had time quickly. All agreements made have been fulfilled and the floor is beautiful! We are very happy with the result. Shortly after laying the floor, we were called to ask how the floor was. I had seen some small things (mosquito sifter) and they were solved immediately. We had to keep the remaining PVC with the promise that if a plank is damaged, it will be made free of charge. Super!
