Never experienced such bad customer service. New hob (now 6 months old but not able to use for 3 months in total) broken due to assembly. After months of internal bickering about who and how the editing could have happened wrong, finally someone seemed to take the case into consideration. Had regular contact with the employee concerned and now she suddenly says she never heard from me or my case. This is downright bad

My kitchen has already been installed and I am very satisfied with the quality of the kitchen. We have opted for a maxi-line kitchen with higher base cabinets and only a plinth of 7cm high. More storage space and it looks super luxurious. Bruynzeel has net prices which I have experienced as pleasant. You immediately know where you stand without having to negotiate. I would recommend Bruynzeel to everyone!
