Unfortunately i am a frequent visitor of this place lately, but for an apothecary this place offers very good service. As they should they provide excellent advice on usage, side effect and interaction with your other medication. I had some mishaps with recipes that had not arrived but the staff is very helpful but strict in not to provide anything risky. Service with a smile goes a long way when you are not in the best of health. Offers delivery to Velsen noord for residents there. Personally I don't really care for the side product they sell but it completes the package.

Kindness is gone. If you put a Moroccan behind the counter, make sure she can listen and understand people. Is not discrimination but an observation. Determine yourself which medicines you will receive while it is medically necessary. Consult with your customer and do not decide for yourself what is good for the customer / patient. Not for the first time today, but now switching to another pharmacy.

Yesterday I had telephone contact with a pharmacy employee. I indicated that unfortunately I could not pick up the prescription at this pharmacy due to circumstances and whether she could fax that prescription to another pharmacy so that I could start taking my medication as soon as possible. First, did the lady say that this is not the way things are? And that I could pick it up in the evening via a medicine safe in Velsen-noord. I indicated again that I would prefer to pick up the prescription at the other pharmacy because that was better for me at the time. Then the assistant on the phone indicated that this would be too much work for her? Excuse me? It's just a matter of forfeiting the recipe and faxing it through ....... That the lady apparently found too much work! Finally the assistant indicated that the recipe was from yesterday and that it was already ordered and ready. I indicated that this was not possible because I was at the doctor 1.5 to 2 hours earlier for that medicine? How could it be ready yesterday ???? My doctor forwarded the prescription to the pharmacy during the consultation hour in the morning? All in all, she made it up, because unfortunately IT IS TOO MUCH WORK FOR HER TO EXPIRE THE RECIPE AND TRANSFER IT TO ANOTHER PHARMACY. She eventually forwarded the prescription to the other pharmacy. Unfortunately the tone of the assistant was downright rude on the phone, and I forgot to ask the name of this assistant because I was not amused by this conversation ..... And wanted to submit a complaint. After this conversation I decided to deregister myself and my family at this pharmacy.
