Always been satisfied with this pharmacy, have been coming for years. But the last weeks totally unavoidable about the service. In the past 3 days I went to the pharmacy every day, medicine was out of stock on the 1st day, medicine was not delivered the next day due to an error and today we were finally able to collect it. Today my irritation came to a boiling point. Just like this week, there was 1 employee behind the counter and there are visibly other ladies at work. I see them chatting with each other. After more than 10 minutes of waiting, I neatly ask the employee behind the counter if someone can go, because I just have to pick up something and am in a hurry because of a hospital appointment. The other 5 waiting people are also clearly irritated about the slowness of the employee. She takes the time everywhere and has to check everything with colleagues. Looks great, provided you have the time. Not if the entire pharmacy is enough with people. She responds to my comment that I just have to wait for my turn. I indicate that I am there for the 3rd day in a row and it is ridiculous that they make people wait so long. There are now 6 people waiting! There are enough employees and they all see the queue of people waiting. However, they simply continue with what they are doing. Behind me is an older man with crutches who is clearly tired. That is also completely ignored by the employee. Only when I leave the pharmacy do I see that an employee comes to the rescue. Then suddenly it is possible? I am normally a patient person, but I find this really ridiculous. A pharmacy should be a service, people don't come here for fun. I really needed the medicine today, so walking away and coming back later was not an option. In addition, it was the same song the previous days, each time a number of people waiting for me and 1 employee behind the counter.
