Today Huitenga brought our new inbetween curtains and hung them right away. What a top thing this is. At first she called us 2 weeks ago to say that the curtains had come in from the studio. But unfortunately they had also returned the curtains because the quality was not good enough. Now two weeks later they are still hanging. Not only the quality control is top notch, but also the service on delivery. Because when it turned out that the runners were not running very smoothly, Huitenga immediately replaced all runners for a different kind. The result is astonishing. Huitenga is therefore an absolute must.

A service you don't expect from a specialist retailer! Bought a bed of about € 3100 about 4 and a half years ago. This concerned 2 slatted bases and 2 mattresses. Less than 5 years later I suddenly got back pain and did not understand what caused this. I had pretty much ruled out everything it could be, but I never expected it to get through my mattress. Until suddenly my girlfriend slept on my side for the night. It seems like you are in a pit, she said. I contacted Huitenga almost immediately and they immediately came by to take a look. The employee agreed with me that the inside of the mattress was much softer than the outside. He found this extra strange because I myself weigh only 70 kilos. The employee completely agreed that this is not part of a mattress less than 5 years old. He suggested discussing this with the mattress supplier and would come back to it. Good start I thought .... I was called back a few days later by the employee who came up with the following proposal: They can provide your mattress with a new core. On this they can give you a discount of 20%. So hold on, I have to pay money again for a mattress that has collapsed? To which the seller replies; that's correct. The argument was that said to depend on what the supplier offers them. What if I disagree with this solution? Then we cannot help you further. You will understand that I was perplexed with this statement. I've worked in a specialty store for years and I've never treated a customer like this! As you can understand this is the last time I want to have anything to do with Huitenga!
