I absolutely love this webshop! I'm so glad I found De Online Drogist! I have used their website multiple times already, and always found what I was looking for! Their stock is amazing! The variety of products blew me away, and the prices are really affordable as well! I only have praise for their website layout and search options. Very easy to navigate! Their website is just very well-organized! They sometimes have products for discounted prices as well. In that case, it'll be even cheaper than Kruidvat, Etos, DA and other comparable stores. They ship your products for free above 20€. And De Online Drogist promises next-day delivery, which they (almost) always succeed in. The one time I didn't get my package the next day (not their fault, I ordered it while being notified about the delay), they apologized with a discount code. The service is impeccable! The communication is really amazing too! I always receive email updates about my order and packages. It just feels very reliable! I always receive my packages in perfect condition. Sometimes, my order is so large: they ship it in multiple packages. But everything is always complete and the expiration dates are always far in the future. De Online Drogist definitely exceeded my expectations! My favorite online webshop by far!! Keep up the great work!!

Don't understand the difference between delivery time and processing time. The site states 2 days DELIVERY time, they rely on processing time. Unfriendly customer service. Last time I ordered here.

Delay with extradition, which can always happen, was SUPER NEATLY resolved by D.O.D. Example for many companies.

Very unreliable company: when ordering, the stock was at 14 pieces, after my payment and the order confirmation, checked again: stock still 10 pieces. More than 24 hours later an email with the message that the product was not in stock and no backorder was created. Very unprofessional!
