The staff is extremely unfriendly. They give you a nasty look and even can almost ask you to leave if you are there with a curious child that likes to look at things, even if I put everything in it's place back. Still I had to have a argument with them. As the child was not welcome in the shop. When there is a promotion of the kind you get this free with those products, you don't get the free part. They just "forget" about it. When bringing back an item I have changed my mind on, again a bad and disapproval look on me. Assuming that I have used the product, when at the check it was clear I haven't. And never apologize for their mistakes. As usual. Everytime I enter in this shop I feel unwanted and really prefer to go in osdorplein for a better service.

Bought acetaminophen last week for my father-in-law. It had just been settled and was on the counter and then I received a message that it was the wrong one. It couldn't be exchanged, what a tragedy. So the receipt was still warm from the checkout and then such a service. Sorry never to that store again.
