The worst experience ever. First time they lost the floor during the delivery for which I already paid. Then I needed to come again and try to find a solution. They suggested me to go to Rotterdam and take it by myself. Disappointed with their service and quality of it.

most terrible service at this branch. staff is not interested to help customers. they were so nasty and impolite... almost unbelieveable in the service industry. we think they hate their customers!! what an experience!! :(
