I have been waiting for two weeks for a response to my service request to fix my Boretti oven. Every time I call them, I am told they are very busy and someone will come back to me, so far this hasn't happened. The receptionist is polite and as helpful as she can be but I am not able to get past her and speak to anyone who makes the decisions about planning an appointment and I am no entering the third week without a working oven. I think this company really has to improve on their customer care, waiting this long for a non-automated response is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, my house has the entire Boretti line. Oven, cellar, dishwasher. The oven display broke several times. The technician is never friendly. Currently, we have been out of the dishwasher for 3 months. The technician came a month ago (the same person), damaged an eletric part and ordered a new one. Now we have been waiting for 1 month for it. Never buy this brand!!! I want to report the ridiculous situation I’m passing through, in the middle of this pandemy.

Terrible customer service in event of breackdown of machine. Practically unable to get hold of them, neither via email of phone. They don't call back or do as promised.

Update: They eventually fixed the stove, albeit after a long back and forth and massive wait. But it works, and it's beautiful. As for the coffee machine, after sending it for repair twice, we've decided it wasn't worth wasting anymore time and sent it back to the store we bought it from. They seem to try when it comes to customer service, but not the most proactive bunch.

Bought 5 products from Boretti, the wine cooler has a really basic display, when you touch a button, the whole display fades out for a half sec. The stove's burners does not fire up most of the times. Asked for service, they cannot make a proper appointment, only a day and not when you have the time but when they have the time. Very flexible, hah? Then they inform you one they before scheduled appointment when they are coming but when you wanna cancel that coz it is not good then you hold the line for 60 minutes to talk to them. For this amount of money this is the worst service on the planet.
