I am so disappointed in them and their lack of "Customer service" Please do not get your kitchens with them, its not worth the headache. If anything goes wrong they will literally refuse to make ANY plans even if it was there fault. It started off with a phone call asking us if we would pay before or after the delivery of our kitchen. We opted for after, little did we know that they meant BUT DID NOT SAY that we needed to pay 8am the morning our kitchen arrived. We had requested the money from the mortgage and it was arriving that day but NOT at 8am. We tried to explain this to them and ask for any solutions they had none. So we said that's ok we have a credit card. "Oh, no sorry we don't accept credit cards." So now I have tried to pay you and YOU have REFUSED payment. We were never informed about how to pay. Also we had an appointment for the kitchen to be installed the next day so we said, ok we can do the payment then? "no" is their response. How about you come back in the afternoon "No" was their response. They literally refused to help us AT ALL! How can you call yourself having "Customer service" If you are not helping (i.e. SERVICING) me (i.e. THE CLIENT) even if you did not tell us nor are you flexible in any regard. I am completely disgusted. Note we still have no Kitchen thanks to them and their lack of work ethic and common human decency. UPDATE ** I am not able to respond, so i will update the post. NO, no solution was given we had literally no other choice to use our own common sense and pick up the kitchen that is ALSO now wrong!!! But i have to wait for the morning to call customer service because your caring for your customers is only for 4hours a day... your response is brilliant as it just shows the lack of caring??? You people have done nothing for us expect bring us constant troubles and grief. What happened to your saying, "Denk 1 stap verder?"

Avoid at all costs! Bad service, bad planning! Ended up costing extra EUR 600 because of their lack of planning.

Good combination between Keukenkampioen and Woonmodern Amsterdam. Trustful company whit perfect price and quality.

Rachid helped us for over 4 hours to design our dream kitchen and for a really good price. The delivery and installation were on time and the kitchen looks fab. So happy!!!!

Very bad experience. They promise you heaven until the moment of purchase. After purchase they help you badly if you have problems. This is not a way of doing business. I would choose another.
