Nice concept with good prices, nice sales people and a nice end result. But a terrible company in terms of communication. If you go into business with this party, have everything put on paper, especially what has been discussed by telephone, otherwise you will go into the boat. The blade of our island was 20cm shorter than discussed, the seller had called that it was only 5cm. When I went to get story, he kept insisting that he had reported at the time that it was 20cm, they just pretend you are crazy. There was also no discount for the shorter worktop, because we had already received a more expensive sink because what we ordered was not available. We had communicated by telephone that there was no floor in our house, which was no problem according to the seller. The technician came to the kitchen and places and left after 5 minutes because there was no floor. When we asked for a new appointment, we were blamed for the fact that the technician was unable to work, while this was due to poor internal communication at IKook. Ultimately having to call 40x for a new appointment at short notice (understand that such a thing is difficult, but we could not help it that people do not communicate) and always have to hear bad excuses (employee is in the toilet / you will be called today never happened), but eventually got a new appointment. On day 1 two Polish men came, one spoke good Dutch, the other barely spoke a word of English. The person who spoke Dutch went to do a different job that day, the other person was not very precise and I had to take the whole day off to help and see that the kitchen was installed correctly. On day 2 the auxiliary mechanic was no longer there (he was tired and therefore could not work) and the chief mechanic continued the work. This man has done a great job providing us with a beautiful kitchen, but it has left us with gray hair.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We listen carefully to your wishes, we think along with you and options are suggested, where necessary and without being intrusive and that ratio made it a relaxed visit for us. Interim communication by email and telephone is always neat and friendly. The mechanic works skilfully and very neatly. We are very satisfied with our new kitchen. Thank you !

Super nice, I had to have a copy invoice from a kitchen for warranty. Everyone helped, including from the head office. It was difficult to find, but it worked (the last one I spoke to was of course the one who conjured it up without any difficulty ...)

Nice concept and clear with prices and possibilities. No pushy salesmen. Had an appointment a few weeks ago and after the first orientation, a bit was cautious about making a drawing, but in the end a drawing was made. At the end of the conversation, only the total price was given, there was no possibility to get a quote or drawing. Ultimately agreed that the documents will be shared by email, unfortunately should never be received. The idea and concept is nice, but unfortunately we had a lesser experience. Update 30-07-2020: I had telephone contact with I-KOOK Almere. Got an explanation about the situation of location Zaandam. Have yet sent the quote by email.
