Very BAD experience! Not deserving even 1 star!Such a mistake to order from Keuken Kampioen. We have designed such a beautiful kitchen but they made it all wrong. On Friday our kitchen was mounted rediculously, without any equipment connected. (you can see the photos). The counter top has different levels, it is cut wrongly on 2 places, it is not leveled with the wall and we have an enormous space between the counter top and the wall. On Saturday we were at Keuken Kampioen Zaandam to make a complaint. We were promised that they will send an email to the HQ so our problem will be handled immediately. On Monday (TODAY) I called and I received an answer that they don't believe that the montage is so bad and I have to send photos which I did at 8.00 in the morning. I called again at 12.00 to see what is going on and to let them know that Keukenman (the company that is setting up the kitchen) was supposed to come back to settle all the equipment. They promised to call me back after checking. Around 13.00 I called Keuken Kampioen Zaandam. I received an answer that the only thing they can do is to send the HQ an Email!!! And that I should call myself the HQ again. I explained that this is not my problem and they have to resolve it but the answer I received is 'This is not our problem!!! We can send only an email and you have to call the HQ yourself again! Ridiculous behaviour!!! And we have paid so much money for our kitchen. I advise you to buy from somewhere else! P.S. Be advised that when you buy a kitchen with afzuigkap they will not connected, you have to do it yourself. It doesn't matter how much money your kitchen costs. They also will not inform you about that beforehand. P.S 2 Still no response from Keuken Kampioen. ANSWER TO THE OWNER: Every time we became more and more disappointed with your company. No one called me to inform me how long it is going to take you to replace the items. I tried to contact you 3 times but I was on hold for more than 15 minutes!!!! Also we contacted Bosch and for them it is also very strange why the afzuigkap is not connected!!! As it is stated in the contract all apparatuur has to be connected and working! We paid more than €1500 ONLY FOR THE AFZUIGKAP and the only thing we can do is watch how beautiful it is but not use it. Still we don't have an answer about this issue as well!!! Really ridiculous behaviour from your side!!! Furthermore, you specialist's said that they will remove the counter top and place it correctly. This is a non sense. We totally not agree with that!!!! The counter top is broken on two places and we DON'T want this one to be used again!!!

Helped by Erik, what a joker. He drew a beautiful kitchen for us. But when he started making the quotation, the puppet show started. First come up with a ridiculously high price of 23,000 and eventually reach 13,000 because the 50,000 store had opened. Very pushing to really start drawing today, because you only get such a chance once. Then we went to the kitchen competitor, who could offer the kitchen almost comparable for 10,000. That's not how you do business!

Came in yesterday to look for an extension to our kitchen. Were just at the front door exchanging ideas when a sales person came by who clearly had already drawn a conclusion that we wanted 1 or other budget kitchen for 3 tens. He gave very clever and evasive answers to our questions. When we asked for an estimate of the cost, he supposedly tapped on a calculator and admitted that $ 4,000 would be thinking he would scare us. To make a long story short, this afternoon we placed an order of 11,000 € with the competitor behind him who took the time and was so hospitable to make a no-obligation quote based on our wishes. of lying down because for less than € 20,000 he cannot get out of bed.

Very well helped by Thijs. He pleasantly asked us questions and gave suggestions so that we could design our dream kitchen in two hours. Today the kitchen was installed by two skilled technicians. Assembly went very smoothly. Immediately after mounting we noticed some points that were not completely tight, but the men immediately eliminated those points. For us 4/5 stars because we believe that the internal communication between the different departments of Keuken Kampioen could be better. Finally, I strongly advise future customers not to let their specialists deviate from the drawings and the piping diagram during the preliminary work, because this will certainly cause problems.
