Worst experience ever !!! The customer service is the worst i have ever encountered. Nobody replies to your email of phone calls. The person who instaleld the kitchen did more harm than good. He scratched our new floor and after 2 months, our kitchen is still not properly installed. Do not buy your kitchen here. They do not give a f... about their customers. Pay for the kitchen and then they ignore you. Avoid buying from brugman. A purchase here only means a lot of problems !!!

We were very disrespectfully treated by your colleague Patrick Kreugel at Brugman Zaandam! Totally not customer oriented and discriminative towards foreigners. He got mad at us why we are waisting his time at 18h on Sunday while there is someone waiting for him at home. In short.. Since I walked in Brugman Zaandam on Saturday 5th Dec. without appointment, Patrick did not have time to completely help me model our new kitchen (there were clients with an appointment waiting). Because of that he invited me and my partner to come back today 6th Dec. We had such a positive feeling, even thinking we will design out bathroom and toilet by Brugman as well. Everything was going smoothly until the total price came along. It was with around €2500 above the budget we have mentioned we would like to spend. Because of that we start looking for a way to lower it down. And we started by choosing cheaper oven which was with around €1.000 less than the 1st one we chose. Logically, we expected that the total price will also be lowered by €1.000!!! But no... Patrick continued to show me a calculation of 45% of the difference between the price of the both ovens?!!! And he tried to convince me that that these €450 is actually the price which will be deducted from the total. Of course I did not agree with that. Then he started stating in very bossy and disrespectful way that he is tired and we are waisting his time at 18h, that I don't know how to calculate, that normally they close at 18h, that there is someone waiting at home home and that we should go if we don't think that he is giving us a good price for the kitchen. And of course he was not giving us a good price, it was €2500 above that total we want to spend and we were there trying to figure it by yourself how to lower it down when he perfectly knew our budget. If he just mentioned that he cannot help us further with meeting our expectations with the budget we wanted to spend, it all will be fine... We will just shake hands (not it is not allowed, so metaphorically speaking 😉) and go home. But starting to tell us that we are waisting his time (clearly we wanted to spend money and this is his job but OK 😊) that is a complete unprofessional behaviour! We really don't think this is how he treats his Dutch customers! So Brugman Keukens & Badkamers we are going to spend our money for designing our kitchen, bathroom and toilet by another company! We wish you good luck making business when you have team members as Patrick Kreugel!

Excellent service from start to end.

Yesterday we decided to have our bathroom renovated by Brugman Zaandam. We had a number of conversations with the consultant Chanel about our wishes and the possibilities that are possible. And of course whether it would fit our budget. She succeeded and her knowledge, help and suggestions were of added value. After waiting for six months due to the hustle and bustle, our bathroom was modernized last month. This was done by the people of RDW renovation, who carried out the work to our satisfaction through Brugman. We are happy with the result, the bathroom is completely up to date again.

We bought our bathroom from Brugman and had it fitted by Piet Jonker. We have nothing to complain about Piet Jonker, they have done an excellent job. At Brugman we never step inside again. The bathroom, which was to be installed in three weeks, was completed in 7 months. First of all, our shower set got lost on the way. It took months before we received a replacement shower set. In addition, the toilet bowl was not initially supplied. This was resolved more quickly. The communication with the head office is shit, but also real shit. Callback requests and agreements made are not honored. We called and emailed numerous times so that matters could be resolved. Ultimately, our file was taken over by another person within Brugman, which helped us.
