A lot of woven resin products like most stores, but also some higher end furniture that is quite nice. good selection.

A nice shop, well helped. When we decided on what we were going to purchase (a lounge set and an outside table with 6 chairs) of a considerable value, we paid 50 euros, the remaining amount on delivery. So far everything went smoothly. The big day had arrived. And at the right time, the truck driver was on the doorstep. 2 pallets with our Lounge set, chairs and table were in the front yard. Everything was packed "well". The word good is enclosed in quotation marks for a reason. The remainder of the outstanding bill was paid by us and at that time we were the happy owners of a lounge set, table and chairs. The Lounge set is great! Then the dining table. This is where our problem started. The magazine worth 540 euros is damaged. And we got the wrong screws. The box of the magazine had already been open and it was probably a return product. Called about this. After a waiting time of 35 minutes we were told to send an email with pictures of the damage. And then it became quiet ..... icy quiet .... 5x needed to get hold of an employee. Because it is very busy with complaints handling. Still weird. Of the 5 times that a call was made, the waiting time is approximately 35 minutes at a time. Finally someone on the line. The email had arrived in the wrong inbox. Mr Jorn had found out about this and after 1.5 weeks our email was going to be forwarded to the complaints handling. It became quiet again ..... icy quiet. After some annoying phone calls from me and the uplifting music during the long wait. FINALLY a solution The new magazine is exchanged free of charge. But then in 3 weeks when the holiday is over. The comment about this boiled down to "shame the bammer" For us the last time we ever buy something from garden furniture land. Shop ++ Complaints handling - Summer at garden furniture land comes after the holidays, which is very busy with customer service

Ordered a pillow box on 11 May that would be delivered at the end of May. Delayed up to three times. I was done with it in mid-July. Have to inform customer service that the box was still in China. Strange story to sell stuff that has not even been delivered in the Netherlands. The repayment was quick. From now on I will bring my money to a leading company.
