A used (home behind) Rimmel lipstick was not taken back the next day. According to the employee makeup was not taken back (was unknown to us) Also no response from complaint via mail. Complaint via Facebook Messenger (Kruidvat) was well handled.

This store sells general cosmetics, baby milk, some types of medicines and vitamins that do not require a doctor's prescription, and all types of incest and cleaning materials.
