Several times I have thrown my recipe in the letterbox and afterwards they say they haven't had it. Then they just say they don't make mistakes. That this is not possible. Just like the customer throws it in the wrong letterbox?
Excellent experiences, very customer-oriented and helpful. Even where a standard solution does not help, an adequate solution is proposed. Nice to know that Service is still of paramount importance here
Pharmacy worst I've ever had. Almost always nagging at this pharmacy. Never the same medicine (different brand, box or shape of the pills, but it should still be the same. Yeah.) The package leaflet was not included with the medication several times. Furthermore, you stand almost always a long wait. No matter how many people there are, there is often only one person at the checkout and the others are busy with other activities. According to other people who are in the queue and have been coming here for longer, it has been like this for years. Pity
Very poor service and long waiting times. Unfriendly staff, give medication that is 6 times more expensive and always blame someone else if you indicate that it is not right.
