Good quality and decent outlet prices.. very fashionable stuff
I am really disappointed. I asked very friendly (via phone) if it would be possible to come back to Roermond (from Köln) in order to switch my coat to a smaller size. The 14 days of refund policy were exceeded, OK. But the coat was never worn and the tags are still connected to it. First they said yes. Then the store manager called back and said no. For this price -> No goodwill at all. Really sad....
For me it is clear that I will never buy anything again in this store. A coat that should have made fun, is now hanging here without any glow.

Very nice products at great discount. However, the saleswoman who “helped” me didn’t help at all when I asked a simple question and asked me to “go ask the cashier” instead . Would have not happened at another Burberry shop.
