Nice shop and really helpful staff. On a phone call, a lady (named Rachel) was extremely attentive and very helpful! During an earlier visit, a connection was directly made with an earlier phone call (“Did you call me this week about ...”?). I think this is evidence of commitment. Keep it up!

That there are consumers who do not want to comply with the rules is still up to that point. The fact that the store staff do nothing to prevent this is punishable by an online review. Baskets, max 2 people and sufficient distance. it's not that hard. When all those rules were broken to the maximum, me and my wife left this shop hard!
