We were very lucky and bought a fantastic bed in this outlet. The bed was even on a big discount as the store had to be renovated the days after. For 200Euros they delivered the bed to our adress app 100 km away in Germany. Now we have a much higher quality of sleep than ever before.
Went to Swiss Sense Heerlen 3 weeks ago. Before we even said anything, Mr. James started his sales pitch. The moment we actually wanted to buy, James saw other people, wished us a good day and walked away. We were dumbfounded and quite angry, of course !!!! Now in Roermond at Swiss Sense helped by saleswoman Jolanda Dierx Pin. She was absolutely great !! Patience, good explanation, friendly ... you name it. So unfortunately for James in Heerlen, we will go to Roermond in the future.
Never buy here a really bad company delivery time would be 2 weeks now 6 weeks further no bed textiles just pull the pin and pay 2000 euros but deliver ho but especially the communication very bad they do not call email not really bad
We actually called for a question about our topper and asked for advice on how to replace it. It turned out that after more than 4.5 years we still had a guarantee on our bed and that we were entitled to a new topper. Christel has helped us very well and advised us perfectly.
Good advice. But unfortunately the bed was delivered with a defective motor. After changing the engine three times, the bed still does not work properly - and now after 8 months !!! With a 5000 EUR I expect a much better and faster service. We cannot recommend a purchase!
