The products, the choice and the store are beautiful. You also get good advice about the things you want to know about certain products. Only the somewhat stressed lady at the back of the store only wants to sell what she wants to sell. She once wanted to sell me a cream of 75 euros while I said that I wanted to spend a maximum of 25, when I asked why Nivea, for example, was not good, she immediately became curt and cut off the advice immediately. I also once looked for a beautiful eye shadow color but you shouldn't ask that younger girl that I have not seen so often there, she does not know what she is talking about! I really had the feeling that only what she wanted was sold, I also went outside empty-handed and came back another day. A few days later I came back with the same question when the aforementioned women were not there and then I was helped very well! I was asked if I wanted a certain brand ... I was also well explained why one brand worked a little better than the other, and they showed me that on my face. Unfortunately the friendly ladies are not always there, or if they are with one of those more unfriendly ladies, I would rather not come in. If the unfriendly ladies are not there, there is a very nice friendly atmosphere and I would like to come back and spend perhaps 75 euros on a cream!

Went there last and I have an ointment there it was told that it was not the right one I had taken it and it was indeed not the right one I wanted to give it back but suddenly it was said that there was a code on the jar and that they should not take it back, when I bought it she immediately said I had not bought it, so I will never go there again

very unfriendly blonde lady looks very grumpy so for me the last time in the store before, friendly staff unfortunately no longer worked

Very unfriendly blonde ladies, trying to sell you anything you don't ask for. Also immediately have a grumpy face if you do not buy what they want .. The older blonde lady also seems to be discussing her personal problems in the middle of the store with the staff. The two dark blonde and black ladies are really nice and also give you what you ask for, think along with you and always have time for a chat. Nice wrapped gifts and have a lot of choice in medicines. Due to the two aforementioned ladies, I unfortunately don't like it that much. If they weren't there, this would have become my regular drugstore. Now I prefer Etos or Kruidvat.
