Had already slept on a cold bed for 2 nights .. The temperature controller was broken ... Was not well and also in the weekend ..
But I called directly on Tuesday and in the evening still came .. Fortunately the bed did not have to be pumped empty and the new one could be placed in no time .. It took 1 day before the bed was completely warm again at 28 degrees .. Great Service .. .Pluimpje Mr. Beckers and Pootje of the Irish Wolfhound you thought so Beautiful 😁😁
Very bad service if something breaks after more than 4 years! Said to give a 5 year warranty. Not!!! Only provides good service when you buy a new bed. Does not respond to email and voicemail. Luckily I had legal expenses insurance! So I got it reimbursed through them. After all, waterbed champion helped me very well!
Customer for more than 20 years. Always good service.
Meanwhile the 3rd waterbed from Becks waterbeds.

Called giant waterbeds, got all the help and advice. So better go there.
