HORRIBLE. People have NEVER been nice to me here and there is always a queue of 5+ people. Employees are way to busy talking to eachother to do some actual work.

Very bad experiences with this pharmacy. Ordered medication a week and a half ago, never heard from again and after a telephone conversation with the doctor, I went on his advice. Prescription was lost and the medicines were not available. As an alternative I could (for a fee) bring another remedy from the store. This is not the first time that we have had negative experiences: both me and my wife have experienced more times that medicines were not delivered, my wife even that wrong dosages were delivered. The pharmacy cannot be reached directly by telephone, but only via a national telephone number. Staff could really grow in friendliness. In addition to these wrong things, I noticed today that some of the staff do not respect the corona rules. Half of the staff wore either the mouthpiece loose on one ear, or the cap under the nose and some even did not wear a mouthpiece. Moreover, customers present without a mask were not addressed, while one was coughing in the store. In short, if you have the opportunity, choose another pharmacy.

For the umpteenth time, various things go completely wrong. You can say that this may be the worst pharmacy in the Netherlands. I have experienced that I received medicines from someone else. Recently, medication that I had stopped in the repeat was ordered again, also from another manufacturer. Therefore not accepted, still ordered at pick up it turned out that I no longer used it. So not delivered, but this medication has been declared by the insurer. The waiting times also increase while it is your turn from 1 to 7 minutes while there is no one else. Because you cannot respond to mail for medication, just call. Even then you are 7 minutes further. Received a reminder for already collected medication. It was said that this was because of the system ??? in my opinion pharmacy is at fault. With regard to the manufacturers, is medication from another manufacturer just like that, while this was explicitly stated in the system and it was simply no longer included? Require 1 star otherwise you cannot post but minus 5 stars would be better.

“Super badly prepared, never ready the medication immediately, always takes days before you have the simplest things. It's also never their fault they always blame the doctor while I have had this doctor for over 10 years and have never experienced such problems with other pharmacists. Never let you know when something is ready and you always have to wait a long time before being helped. Have had a lot of pharmacies in my life but this is by far the bad thing / shop / pharmacy where I have ever been at all. ”
