Slow and don't keep appointments.
These people have no knowledge of their store or the medical supplies they sell. Nobody knew what a pressure bandage was or what you needed for it and when I indicated what was needed for it, they asked if another “wrapping message” was sufficient ...
Pharmacy assistants shuffle on the dead farm by the pharmacy. It does not matter if there are 1 or 20 people waiting, everything goes extremely slow. On the annoying thing.
An automatic dispenser is available. You can indicate that you want to retrieve repeat recipes there. That works fine. That is, when the medication is prepared at all, or lets you know that the medication is ready. Usually it remains quiet.
It also happened that on Monday medication was ready in the machine and that the same medication on Thursday was again in the machine.
Unordered, lifeless and uninterested, that typifies the method of this pharmacy.
Incredibly long waiting times. I am not used to this from a pharmacy. Staff seems to be helpful.
Let my son get medicines. Asked for all the medicines that were ready for me. Were only two tubes of antibacterial ointment. Are you sure, my son asks, because according to my father there should be a lot more ready. No, was the answer, this is all.
After returning home I immediately called the pharmacy, with the message that more medicines had to be ready. Oh yes, it was said, after consulting the computer. It turned out that there were six other types of drugs available.
What a shit, especially since it wasn't the first time this happened.
