1 star is still too much for this franchise company. My wife wanted to return products she bought from another branch of the Etos. After she had to fully justify why she wanted to return a number of unopened products, two employees opened a discussion with her that it was a very high amount (about € 50) that she brought back. After even bringing in the boss, they eventually took the products back with a lot of hassle. In short; a very bad, unfriendly and unprofessional service from this store. Unworthy of Etos.

Had discount stickers but said very curtly that they could not use the small travel bottles! Such bad service, I would say make your customer up and give that discount! I would therefore not recommend this Etos to anyone and that woman at the checkout really really! If you want to keep your customers improve this! So bad!!!
