Good solid pharmacy. They are not always friendly or helpful at the counter. I was neatly helped by the pharmacist with a claim problem, which was actually the fault of the insurance company. I really appreciate that and it is worth mentioning.

Non-skilled staff. Never know anything on the phone, not on the phone and promise to have their colleague call back the next day who supposedly knows something about it, with the result that you can call after it yourself. This pharmacy also does not comply with the law on inheritance law by sending the bills to the surviving relatives within 1.5 week after the death of the person, while possibly in accordance with the law. creditors MUST give the bereaved 3 months to consider whether they accept or reject the inheritance. If only you could provide information as quickly as sending bills. And then also claim by telephone that the person's death was reported too late and that while the day after death was passed on and any remaining medication was returned to this pharmacy. Real abject and infame, this entire pharmacy.

Already twice it goes wrong with the same little person. 1st time I have been sick for 6 days because, according to her, no medicines were ordered. Then after the weekend my mother went to ask if it was there and it had been there since Thursday! Even the service pharmacy that I called in the evening to ask if they had that medicine could tell me it was just there. Now the pill lady tells me first that I have to go back and forth with my care path ... then it's good because I give my birth date. I was told last time that I had to pay 3 months before, and that is what I did, in my opinion, only for 1 month. Now it is said that I only paid for 1 month ... what is it? I find it so that the small pharmacy is gone because I never had problems there. Hopefully there will be more complaints about this lady because this is not a case like this.
