Today decided to look for another pharmacy. Also for a number of incidents, but now the inaccessibility is the last straw for me. Spent 2 days trying to get in touch by phone. On hold for a long time. Then the first one who waited and then simply ended the connection. Not OK! Service bar bad!

The medication is not registered for the pick-up machine, so you will not receive a code by email. You will not be believed if you say you are not receiving mail. There are also some employees who are helpful and also address colleagues about this.

Bad pharmacy, I've been going there for over a decade but usually I have others pick up my medication as I fear I would need sedative pills if I had to get there too often. Some staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately most are not. Often grumpy, make you wait a long time (even if there is no other customer) .. Still two stars because there are also excellent people working.

Wrong information on website. Collection machine closed for no reason / explanation. No response to complaints, really unbelievably bad.
