Incredibly Bad Experience !!! In the first mail contact it is not going to my liking, I do not get an answer to my questions, after 4 mail exchanges still no answer! Now just call! He could not find my emails in his mailbox! And after a short conversation I got to hear from Willem that it was very busy, and if I didn't like it I could also go and look elsewhere !!! I think this is rude and rude to treat your customers like that and I wanted to buy a kitchen for around € 5000, - @keukenloods #keukenloods

Nothing wrong with the kitchen, but the service sucks. Our microwave is not workable from the start, after 2 months still not a new one. A mechanic has already visited twice but no solution. Agreements with the service center are not fulfilled, as are promises.

I was promised in advance that no return costs would be charged if the item was returned neatly in the box. I had not even taken the combi microwave out of the box and returned it 2 days later because the dimensions were not correct, but a 50 Euro fee was charged despite the fact that I delivered the device to their store again. They did not incur any costs themselves. This is also against their own terms and conditions on the website, but I could talk whatever I wanted the money was not returned. The customer-friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired when there is nothing more to be earned for them.

We are very satisfied with the kitchen shed. Good help in the showroom friendly and thinking about places kitchen. We have been kept well informed about ordering, delivery and payment and certainly all praise for the mechanics, good professionals, who are friendly and proactive.

Placed an order for induction plate and we were able to collect the plate from Hieke a few days later! Great service
