Ordered 2 copies of Buelta 2558/20 flower column h50 robust hardwood in the shop. Could be picked up after a week with timeslot at warehouse. Once home it turns out to be the wrong one. H70 instead of H50. Called about that. There would be one more copy somewhere in the country and the other had to be ordered, which could take longer. I had to pick it up myself at the warehouse because "the customer is responsible for transport" what a lack of empathy and little service. Ultimately, the tables turned out to be no longer available. Pronto means "done" in Portuguese. I am pronto with pronto or Done with pronto.

Ordered 4 dining room chairs. Product in stock, should be delivered within 2 weeks. Just called in advance, just in case, shouldn't be a problem. When the product arrived at the store at Pronto Wonen Zupthen, apparently it has to go through the store, we called Pronto Zutphen again. Then called again today, almost 2 weeks after ordering. I had to call a 06 number. This number had not been in use for this kind of purpose for a year. Courier could call me back later with correct number. Eventually called number 2, who indicated there were no delivery problems, but this was also the wrong number. Called number 3 on the 06 number and, despite the fact that there was no backlog, he still needed 1 week. Because I had asked in advance and in the meantime again what the delivery time was, I called back to Pronto Zutphen. Not a pleasant telephone conversation, she indicated that she 'wanted to send an e-mail at the end', that was what she could do. I understand that Pronto Zutphen calls an external courier company, but I count on them to have at least the correct contact details and to show a little more control in this story. Update: Pronto Zutphen called me back as a result of the review. They do their best, but cannot get hold of the courier company. I myself have tried twice and I get them. I have also indicated this to Pronto Zutphen. Perhaps the courier company is selective in which number it accepts and which it does not :). In any case, she inquired whether one of the colleagues got hold of the courier company. 5 jauari 2021. I see that the owner of Pronto Wonen Zutphen has also responded. I can understand that the transport company could suddenly be busy. However, I called twice to ask if this was the case. Before I placed the order and again when the product arrived at Pronto Zutphen. If one of the two times had indicated that I would be able to work better through the 'take-away concept', I would have done that, but that was definitely not necessary. In addition, we did not 'come to a compensation together', but I did receive compensation that I had not asked for. Finally, the transport company indicated that they were not behind ... All in all, I wonder whether 'the opportunity to keep improving' has now been seized or whether there is now a bit hidden behind excuses :)
