A very good customer experience. The product (coffee table) was delivered as described and neatly packaged. Delivery was smooth and as agreed. Keep well informed by the DPD delivery service during the delivery.

Great service and services. Due to a calculation error, long after the official exchange period, we wanted to replace a fencing part brand Utrecht by a one size wider. I had t new expl. ordered and paid and wanted t other expl. return. I spent hours arranging this but I ran into all kinds of walls. Teun and colleagues intervened and made sure that the expl. in original packaging, after delivery of the new expl. returned free of charge with the carrier. I have expressed by phone that MaximaVida really deserves a hot shower. I am really delighted with the formidable help and assistance that ultimately made delivery and returns go very smoothly. Thank you.

I will never again place an order with this company. I ordered an outside table which in retrospect is not suitable as an outside table. Initially good service because because of the amount of resin that came out of my planks, I got new ones that would have been treated in a different way ... 3 days the new planks were on my table and there was the resin again and the planks started to split . I asked customer service to somehow compensate me for this problem but this doesn't seem like an option. Because I it is all normal and belongs to the charm of wood ... sorry but a table full of resin and cracks is no longer charming and certainly not usable as a table for sitting and eating. So I just thrown more than 300 € in the bin by ordering from them. Sin! I therefore advise everyone to think twice before placing an order.

Grabbed next to a cupboard due to bad luck that I had been waiting for for a while. A very nice solution was offered by MaximaVida. Very satisfied with the thinking along and the solution! Also delivered the same day at home. Thank you!
