Budget Home Store Winterswijk

Never again will we never buy anything from this store. After 10 weeks I asked where our table was. We were informed by a very unfriendly employee that due to the production delay, we had to wait another 7 weeks. Was all very normal for something like this to happen. !!!! We were told we can cancel but we have lost our security deposit. Ridiculous, after all, we can't help it that production is delayed. Tried to contact the owner by telephone Mr. te Korstschot. But this man seems to be so very busy that he cannot take the opportunity to call us back about this. Very Customer Friendly. !! Again, this was our last time in this very customer-unfriendly store. !!!!

Budget Home Store in Winterswijk: waited 10 (!) Weeks for 4 dining room chairs and after delivery, a chair wheel is missing. I.p.v. Immediately, with apologies, to take customer-oriented action by immediately removing such a wheel from somewhere, I am only informed by telephone that the only (for me free of charge) solution is a subsequent delivery of that wheel from the factory, which again 3 (!) Weeks will last! For me there are cost-enhancing alternatives from the store: I may (!) Come to the store to pick up a different-colored wheel or the entire chassis of the chair can be replaced with temporarily different-colored wheels and after re-delivery the whole action must be back reversed / exchanged (how do they make it up: I drive 4 x 30 km back and forth!) I then come up with solutions such as: 1) then at least send the wheel from the factory directly to me, that saves you again (reaction shop: well, move on ...), 2) get the wheel from another branch (shop reaction: not possible due to vague franchising reasons, where I have no message as a customer or 3) order one via internet, there they are available within 3 days (reaction shop: feel free to go ahead, but pay yourself!). I want to talk to the boss, but he is hiding behind his staff and does not want to (read: dare) speak to me. Summary: 13 weeks (a quarter a quarter of a year!) Waiting until you can enjoy your seats is very common according to Budget Home Store, the customer should not complain about desired faster delivery. Budget Home Store - Winterswijk: simple box slider that does not check the goods on arrival and if delivery errors are (logically) sometimes made, then there is no adequate service and customer focus!

Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Have good furniture for a reasonable price.

Friendly people, it took a while for the furniture to arrive. One of the seats had transport damage, which meant that it would take even longer to receive a discount for the inconvenience. You can also borrow the trailer and people will think along well.
