Bought a corner sofa from the store stock a month ago.
This was delivered immediately in the evening (perfect).
Unfortunately, within a few days the springs sprang loose.
Reported this immediately, it would be resolved quickly, otherwise the owner himself would come.
After 2 weeks reported again that nothing has been resolved and that no contact has been made.
Now almost 4 weeks after purchase, I turned the bank on its head and carried out the repair.
Sales and delivery are therefore smooth and fast, warranty + aftercare so unfortunately a little less.
Very nice furniture and very friendly staff / owners. Bought a nice sofa that was available from stock. Highly recommended despite the distance!
