Bad pharmacy. Several times I just don't get my repeat prescription. They don't care that these are antidepressants. This time again on sleep medication. Your health is not at all important to this pharmacy, but your money is. Disorganized and of no interest to the customer at all. If the conversation with my practitioner is subsequently shown, my prescription will still be refused. Has to arrange something through a friend with the same medication so that I can bridge the next day. Just outrageous. No feeling for the customer at all. It's 100% just about money. Missing a day of medication to take every day will literally be a pain for them. I do not recommend this pharmacy. They don't deserve to be called a pharmacy. Edit: they just "didn't look right" this time, it just can't happen.

Think this pharmacy can make its own rules. repeat prescriptions are sometimes deliberately not given, or so it seems. have already had to call the doctor from the pharmacy a few times to get my prescription, because the pharmacy refused. This pharmacy just wants to make money and is not there for the patient, they do everything in their own interest, given how they act.

Since the new owner, the pharmacist's service is not more up to par than when Mrs. Wubs was still the pharmacist. Unfortunately. Medication regularly deviates from prescription

Just talked to an employee about customer-friendliness policy and heard that this employee was absolutely annoyed by my questions. This pharmacy may realize that customers are dependent to receive their medication and that they can simply receive proper assistance. I will have to look for a pharmacy outside New Amsterdam, because I don't want to be helped like that. Not neat, not customer-friendly.
