Very friendly help during the ordering process. Only very soon that we had placed fences with concrete posts did the fence start to turn black (mold I was told) also the concrete posts anthracite very quickly turned light gray. I had contact about this and got a link how I could remove the fungus, tried this but it does not help fences have been standing for 1 year now and look very bad. In response to the concrete posts, I got that I could paint them. I have been in contact with you and have sent photos and according to you it was mold, they are spots and black stripes I am a carpenter myself and I know very well that after a year this should not happen with wood, this has been a very poor quality wood
