Ordered a faucet complete with rain shower from this store, due to an error in the description on their website, the faucet turned out not to be satisfactory and I was allowed to return it free of charge. So far, the contact via e-mail and the free return sticker, all good. When I asked where my money was after 9 days, there was no response. Because I had paid by credit card I was able to fill in a dispute form and then the credit card company will get your money back. Keep all your e-mails and your return receipt. After 2 months I finally have my money back. I have read many good reviews about megadump except for the complaint handling, which is often a drama. You have been warned.

Ordering via the website indicates delivery time within 5 days. I was called that the order would come after 2 weeks. Having to call after 3 weeks yourself. On the morning of the delivery I receive an email that half of the order will only be delivered that afternoon. The rest is STILL 2 weeks to wait. KNOW: 5 DAYS has become 5 WEEKS.

Great top service, even on Sundays egbert supplies a shower cabinet. In one word great. Would buy stuff here more often!
