Jeha de Meubelconcurrent

Ik heb op 22 oktober 2020 een wandplank gekocht. De levering zou tussen 4 a 6 weken plaatsvinden. We zitten nu in maart 2021 en nog steeds heb ik niks ontvangen. Uit zichzelf heeft Jeha mij nooit benaderd over de status van de bezorging. Steeds als ik contact met ze opnam dan zou het over 2 weken binnen zijn. Op 22 februari werd mij zelfs beloofd dat ze deze week de plank gingen versturen? Geen mail etc van Jeha dat de bezorging toch niet zou lukken.....dus wees gewaarschuwd. Hoe ze aan de kopersbescherming op hun website komen?

Super bad service !!!! Do not order anything people here. Bank ordered in July, would take 6 -12 weeks, fine. Contacted after 12 weeks, due to corona it took a little longer, it was the end of November. Emailed at the end of November, called but got no response. To this day and no bank, but also no contact. Worthless!

Dramatic company! Ordered six dining room chairs and a table that would be delivered within 4 weeks. Due to corona, the delivery time of the chairs was approximately 4 months. The table was on time. I can still get in here. Then I indicate to pick up the table and the table is still in another shed. Drove back and forth for nothing. After 4 months and after calling Jeha about 15 times without hearing, I can finally get the seats. Then the bolts and screws of a chair are missing. Then called back here and the screws would have been sent. Coincidental but ok. 3 weeks later the screws were actually delivered and yes, two wrong screws and 4 screws too few. Well arranged, we will never buy our furniture here again!
