Cozy shop, lots of choice. (staff no mouth mask 🤔)

In March I ordered four dining room chairs. The chairs are neatly stored in the skippers store / budget home store. I had not yet made a deposit with the order. The dining room chairs were now on sale in the folder, but the dining room chairs were not allowed for the offer price. Other chain stores provide the service for products that are on offer (despite a previous calculation), so you pay the offer price. Consulted with the employee in the store, but there was no talking about this. I find this very disappointing !!!

A big business with - actually - beautiful things ... But if you want to buy a table and take it with you ... Yes, that doesn't work. After all, it belongs in the collection and has to be ordered first. I wonder why this collection item is exhibited 5 times and if a customer is interested, it is made a problem !? In my opinion, I go there to buy something and take it with me and not because I want to wait for weeks ..... Customer friendliness and seller management is not to be found here.
