Got very, very bad. Always went here with pleasure, but have gone down a lot !!! Staff no longer radiate, have no knowledge, not customer-friendly and if I want to return something that has been ordered via click and collect, you can stand on hold for half an hour with only 1 point for customer service. In this day and age, do not think along with the consumer at all. You won't see me there again ....

Visited twice today. Products and staff good. Stripes and signs corona everywhere. Perfect. During the first visit, the plastic canister for shopping carts with disinfection appeared not to work optimally. Reported on that. Visited again this afternoon. Still faulty though. A man from the branch approached about this. Response; yes colleague has been working on it. When asked, you are still going to take action regarding corona and your clients ..... well no ..... far from professional.

Very unfriendly staff ... closing the shop at 10 to 8. Articles are too little or are poorly supplemented ... and then not even talking about the manager who is walking around ... bleeehhhh
